I was born in Michigan and lived in Colorado for 20 years, also living in California for 4 years. I have spent time as a ski instructor, rafting, mountain biking.

I have been, almost run over by a moose, charged by a bear, and stalked by a mountain lion. I have seen the Grand Canyon from two different perspectives.
